We are happy to announce the
Graz Summer School on Applications of Quasi-Monte Carlo methods
which will take place in Graz/Styria/Austria from June 12 to June 14, 2017.
The summer school is part of the activities of the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) special research programme (SFB) “Quasi-Monte Carlo Methods: Theory and Applications”.
It will be organized by

Lectures will be given by

Ralf Korn (TU Kaiserslautern)
Frances Y. Kuo (UNSW Sydney)
Giray Ökten (Florida State University)
Topics will include applications of QMC to problems from finance, insurance, and physics.
Participation is free of charge and the summer school is open to PhD students and PostDocs interested in the field, as well as all SFB members.
However, the number of participants will be limited to 80 and priority will be given to members of the special research programme.
